eBook Formats
Q: What eBook formats do you sell? Do you offer PDF or Word documents?
A: ePelangi provides eBooks exclusively in the EPUB format, which is optimized for reading within the ePelangi application. We do not sell eBooks in PDF or Word formats.
Technical Support & App Issues
Q: I am experiencing issues such as being unable to open
an eBook, missing content, or problems with my reading application. What should
I do?
A: For any technical issues related to reading eBooks (e.g., missing pages, text, or images) or problems with the iOS or Android reading application, please contact our Customer Service team directly. You may submit a request at customerservice@pelangibooks.com
To assist them, please provide details of issue and attach a screenshot of any error message if possible.

Q: Where can I find all the eBooks I have purchased?
A: All your purchased eBooks are securely stored and accessible in "My Library" section of your account.
