Event Marketing Senior Executive
Job Descriptions:
Event Activation
- Oversee overall Company’s marketing activities which include Events, Campaigns, Exhibitions, Book Fairs, Seminars, Retail Promotions, Online Promotions etc.
- Manage projects & events and ensuring marketing plans are executed smoothly and timely.
- Plan, review and greenlight advertising and promotional materials for events, activities, sales team, retailers.
- Establish and manage relations with schools, educators, media, government, or non-government agencies.
- Initiating partnerships with various entities to increase sales channels
Oversee logistics related to marketing events and roadshows.
Creative Services
- Connect third party vendors to manage external printing and creative services.
- Connect with internal and external service providers to prepare marketing & promotion materials when required.
- Propose and review artwork/marketing materials such as POSM, press release, leaflet and others for events when required.
- Manage cross-functional planning, strategizing, and executing marketing campaigns.
- In charge of quality checking, counting, and managing inventory and stock counting for all marketing materials.
- Allocate and assist other ad-hoc duties related to the department as required.
Digital Services
- Produce relevant posting & contents for Social Media platforms when required.
- Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, assist with responding to comments and queries, updating information, monitoring activities etc.
- Conducting or moderating live & streaming sessions on social media platforms.
- Manage day-to-day activities on Pelangi’s social media platforms.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries when required.
Requirements:
- Applicant must have at least a Degree in Event Management/ Business Studies/ Administration/ Business Management/ Marketing/ Public Relations/ Mass Communication/ Advertising/ Media or related field.
- Applicant must be proficient in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin to communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers and organizers from various background.
- Applicant must have a minimum 3-5 year(s) of working experience in marketing events and/or education industry.
- Applicant must be willing to travel to event site from time to time.
- Working hours: Full time in office, Monday to Friday, 8.00AM to 5.30PM.

E-Commerce Executive
Job Descriptions:
- Manage e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Shopee & Lazada.
- Support digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage and maintain the company e-commerce website(s).
- Track and analyse sales performance and provide regular internal reports.
- Plan and monitor company presence and promotion on social media.
- Review on inventory status for retail & online channels monthly.
- Update product descriptions.

Admin Executive
Job Descriptions:
- Compile, drafts and submits report for daily production totals.
- Plan, order (with Production Manager's approval) and control inventory of raw materials eg ink, plate, service, machine parts, office consumables and etc.
- Plan, order (with Production Manager's approval) and control of outsourcing.
- Prepare costing sheet for selected PO.
- General administration in production office.
- Schedule and monitor monthly stock take for finance requirement.
- Check Delivery Order and Invoices received based on purchases and services rendered by vendors.
- Attend to Supplier queries or needs through email correspondences and telephone communication.
- Liaise with HR on staff attendance and general issue.

- To understand the organizational chart of Content team.
