Legend has it that a mountain spirit guards the Bai Ling Snow Mountain, forbidding outsiders from stepping any further. The daring amateur Yin Yang practitioner Yan Youwei, accompanied by the spirit messenger Zimu Rui, ventures into the restricted area to witness the magical scenery, only to encounter an avalanche. A native named Aqian tries to rescue them but is driven out of the tribe by the Er Ya people.
