This book aims to introduce counting skills to preschoolers aged between 2-6 years old and remedial pupils 7-8 years old. Counting helps young learners in the process of comprehending quantity. Counting is a complex combination of reciting number words and pointing at objects in sequence, stopping with the number at the last object pointed at and the last number refers the number of objects in the set as a whole. This book aims to introduce counting stages, counting strategies and counting  principles to the young learners. This will then, allow young learners to develop their number sense via counting skills.
