1. Currency
The value of this voucher is in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

2. Redemption Locations
This voucher can be redeemed at participating Pelangi bookstores (PBG Bangi & JB) or online at www.pelangibooks.com. It cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of legal tender.

3. Discount Rate
a. General Voucher: Provides a 5% discount with no minimum purchase requirement.
b. Special Voucher: Provides a 30% discount with no minimum purchase requirement.

4. Exceeding Purchase Amount
If the value of the goods exceeds the voucher amount, the bearer must pay the difference.

5. Less Than Voucher Value
No refunds will be provided if the value of the goods is less than the voucher amount.

6. Loss or Damage
Pelangi Books is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.

7. Damaged Vouchers
Damaged vouchers are considered invalid and will not be replaced.

8. Refunds and Exchanges
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other denominations.

9. Validity
The voucher is valid until January 31, 2025. No extensions will be granted.
