My account has been assigned to Wholesale Lite Agent, what now?

  1. Copy the product photos and post it to any of your online platforms.
  2. Wholesaler may sell at same or higher price than PELANGI.

*Some agents pay 20% less from the invoice total, thinking that they will be getting the extra 20%, which is INCORRECT. Once you logged into your account, the prices shown are exactly the agent’s prices, so what you see is what you need to pay. If payment does not match the invoice  value, your order will be put on hold, as we need to wait for the full payment.
*For agents that have a few orders per day, please place and complete the payment for each order.

  1. We are unable to cope with urgent orders; PELANGI’s delivery lead time will take about 2-5 working days.
  2. 6 -10 working days needed if there are unforeseen circumstances such as surge in order volume or shortage of resources. We seek your kind understanding in this matter.

  1. We will ship out your order within 2-5 working days.
  2. We will email you the tracking number once the order has been shipped.
  3. In case of any shipment delay/issue, kindly contact the respective courier provider to expedite the delivery.

Majority of the products in our website are available. The product will be auto-disabled if it  is out of stock. If you could not find the product in our website, you may seek assistance from e-sales@pelangibooks.com.

We charge different rates according to the total weight of books. Shipping charges will appear before you proceed to payment. West Malaysia charge from RM5.00 onward. East Malaysia charge from RM13.00 onwards, depend on the total weight of the books.

West Malaysia: Free Shipping for order ≥ RM70 in single receipt.
East Malaysia: Free Shipping for order ≥ RM250 in single receipt.

Sign up as a member in www.pelangibooks.com using your email address, fill in the required details then we will reply you within 3 working days, by then you may start selling.

Once you have our approval, you may use our product photos for promotional purpose.

All new agents start as a Wholesales Lite Agent entitled for 20% discount from our retail price. If sales reach up to RM 5000 per month, we will upgrade your account to Wholesale Pro Agent and you will be entitled for 30% discount.
